Manufacturing that makes a difference
Starting life as a bookshop in Belfast in 1882, family-owned Victor Stationery has been making high-quality paper stationery and exercise books since the early 1920s. Victor is on a mission to assist people of all ages to improve their learning and communications through our robust, fit-for-purpose exercise books, notebooks and pads. Backed by a lifetime warranty and a strong commitment to sustainable sourcing, our paper stationery is made to last and it’s made to last without compromising natural resources or the environment for future generations.

You may not know us as Victor Stationery. We manufacture a wide range of exercise books, notebooks and pads under different brand names, all tied together under the Victor company vision to provide high-quality, sustainable paper stationery.
RHINO Stationery
Our market-leading brand, RHINO offers high-performance, quality exercise books catering to all subjects and school years. We make a variety of sizes and page counts to standard British school rulings, which are all made with 100% recycled manilla covers, PEFC paper and printed with solvent-free ink. We also make office stationery, pads, paper and notebooks serving a variety of professional and commercial markets as well as personal needs.

Aisling Stationery
Joining the Victor Stationery family in 1968, the iconic Aisling copybooks remain a high street favourite and are readily available across Ireland. Going beyond their brand familiarity, the copybooks are uniquely designed to support the Irish curriculum with both Irish and English language text on the covers, fostering bilingual learning and enriching the educational experience for Irish students. Working with the Tree Council of Ireland, the Aisling Forest project pledges to plant a tree for every school in Ireland.
My Own Stationery
My Own Stationery empowers you to bring your ideas to life with range of personalised notepads. You’ll find all the tools you need to start crafting a unique gift, a personal notebook or a branded company notepad over on our user-friendly website. Guiding you seamlessly through the creation process from start to finish, you can customise your notepad cover with text, colours and graphics or upload your own artwork. And it’s all made to your design using high-quality, sustainable materials.
Victor makes high-quality paper stationery
With over 100 years’ experience in production, we’re experts in paper stationery and we’re always looking to refine and improve our products and processes. Our purpose-built factory in Tallinn, Estonia, has helped us to bring high-quality, sustainable paper stationery to the world, ensuring a consistent supply chain and closing the gap between forest and factory.
Operating under our philosophy of ‘Lean’ – to create more with less – sustainable practices underpin every part of our supply chain, and that includes our factory. We source all our materials from sustainably managed forests and follow best practices to ensure waste is minimised throughout the production process. In fact, the factory has achieved both FSC and PEFC certifications along with the Swan Label accreditation, reflecting the high environmental and production standards we set ourselves.
Victor helps preserve the environment
Sustainability is at the centre of our business ethic. As well as our pioneering, environmentally-friendly factory in Estonia, we’re always investing in ways to minimise our impact on the planet, throughout our supply chain.
In 2018, we began working towards removing single-use plastic from our products and packaging. In 2020, we replaced all the plastic shrink-wrap on our RHINO exercise books with biodegradable paper banding, saving over 60 tonnes of single-use plastic per year!
Our paper stationery and exercise books are made with the full product lifecycle and its impact in mind. They’re printed using water-based, solvent-free inks on recyclable materials and are in nearly all cases, 100% recyclable themselves. The lifetime warranty and high-quality construction ensures they’re robust and built to last, minimising waste while the product is in use.
Victor works with charities
We’re committed to supporting causes that align with our ethos and values. Our partnership with Save the Rhino International has just celebrated a milestone donation of over £100,000. Save the Rhino International work to protect all five species of rhino across Africa and Asia, and we have been printing their logo on the back of every RHINO exercise book since 2006, with the aim of raising awareness amongst children and teachers.

We’ve been proudly featuring the Tree Council of Ireland’s logo and native tree facts on the back of our Aisling copybooks for decades, raising awareness and supporting their mission of nurturing a thriving tree culture in Ireland. This year, we pledged to plant a tree for every school in Ireland.
