Delivery

Due to our warehouse operating hours, any orders placed Friday onwards will be processed the next working day, the following week.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages if an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied.

UK (Mainland England, Scotland, and Wales)

Deliveries to this region are sent via Royal Mail or DPD standard delivery at a fixed rate of £4.50 per delivery when you spend under £45.

When you spend over £45, you will qualify for free delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and should take 5-7 working days for delivery.

For express delivery, please choose our 48 Hour delivery option at checkout, at a fixed rate of £6.60, whatever you spend.

UK (Northern Ireland)

Deliveries to this region are sent via Royal Mail or DPD standard delivery at a fixed rate of £4.50 per delivery for orders up to the weight of 3KG.

For any orders above 3KG, there is a fixed rate of £11.75 per order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free, or 48 Hour delivery to this region.

UK (Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man)

Deliveries to this region are sent via Royal Mail or DPD standard delivery at a fixed rate of £4.50 per delivery for orders up to the weight of 3KG.

For any orders above 3KG, there is a fixed rate of £11.75 per order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free, or 48 Hour delivery to this region.

UK (Scotland Highlands, Islands, Aberdeenshire, Isle of Wight)

Deliveries to this region are sent via Royal Mail or DPD standard delivery at a fixed rate of £4.50 per delivery for all orders.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free, or 48 Hour delivery to this region.

Europe & Worldwide

We ship worldwide!

Deliveries to the rest of Europe and worldwide are sent by courier and postage costs are depending on the weight of the order.

*Please note - we no longer ship to Latvia unless under special request for large orders*

Returns & Replacements

We hope you will be happy with your new purchase. However, in the unlikely event that the product is faulty or if you change your mind for any reason (provided that the goods are in original re-saleable condition) we are happy to offer you a full refund. You have a legal right of 14 days to cancel the order after receiving it, and a further 14 days to send goods back for a full refund (including outward delivery costs). Please contact our customer service team if you wish to send back your order.

The purchaser will be responsible for all return costs including any insurance that may be required. Your refund or exchange will be processed once we are in receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item that has not been returned in a fully re-saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please contact us.

Please Note
1. We do not offer refunds for special orders, custom-made, or personalised items.
2. You should retain the proof of postage, you may need this if your chosen courier service loses your parcel.
3. It may take up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us.
4. Returned items will be processed within 2 working days of receipt.
5. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.
6. You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance, in case your parcel is damaged or lost in transit. The goods will remain your property until received by us.
7. Return postage costs will not be refunded for incorrectly ordered or unwanted items.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We make every effort to ensure that the product information is accurate and current. All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling.

Prices include any VAT payable, if you are within the UK, but exclude VAT outside of the UK.

If we discover an error in the price, description, or quantity available of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and will offer an alternative product, a full refund, or the original product subject to the newly revised price, description, and/or amended quantity.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order. Prices, offers, and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative. If you decide not to accept the alternative goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.

You can view your order online at any time from your account. From here you can easily reorder or monitor the progress of your order as it is processed.

VAT Invoice

A copy of your invoice can be downloaded from your confirmation order email or from your account in the my orders section.
