Shipping & Returns


Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1.55 pm will be dispatched the same day. After 1.55 pm, dispatch will be the following working day. Unfortunately, we’re unable to hold orders for specific delivery dates, so please make sure you can accept delivery.

All our orders can be tracked with tracking numbers provided by us in your shipping confirmation email. In emergencies (and once despatched), we may be able to re-arrange your delivery date with our courier, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us if you need to do this.

Please check your address carefully, as we cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Please note that large orders may be consolidated onto a pallet to ensure that all packages arrive together and in good condition.

UK Mainland (mainland England, lowland Scotland and Wales)

Deliveries to this region are sent with Yodel or DHL on a 48-hour service and are free when you spend over £45 (inc. VAT).

Under £45, charges vary between £2.99 and £4.50 (ex. VAT) depending on the weight of your order. Orders usually take 2-3 working days for delivery from despatch.

A 24-hour service with Yodel is also available for orders weighing less than 30 kgs. This delivers on the next working day (order before 2:25pm), so orders placed on a Friday will arrive on a Monday. Under £45, the charge for this service is £4.95 (ex. VAT), over £45 the charge is £1.50 (ex. VAT).

UK Islands and Highlands (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Aberdeenshire, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight)

Deliveries to this region are sent with Yodel and are free when you spend over £120 (inc. VAT).

Under £120, charges vary between £4.99 and £10.50 (ex. VAT) depending on the weight of the order. Orders usually take 2-3 working days for delivery from despatch.

UK Channel Islands

Deliveries to this region are sent via Yodel standard delivery at a fixed rate of £8.50 per delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free delivery to this region.

Jersey GST (Goods and Services Tax)

As you may be aware, the threshold at which GST (Goods and Services Tax) is applied by Jersey Customs has, from the 1st of July 2023, reduced from £135 to £60.

This means that all goods imported to the Island with a value of £60 and over are liable to a 5% import charge. This fee will need to be paid to Jersey customs, by you, on their request (they will contact you via email for payment) before they will release the goods for onward delivery.

Europe & Worldwide

We ship worldwide!

Deliveries to Europe and worldwide are sent by courier and postage costs are depending on the weight of the order. Most orders will go via UPS. All orders go UPS standard Worldwide and can be tracked.

Returns & Replacements

We hope you will be happy with your new purchase. However, in the unlikely event that the product is faulty or if you change your mind for any reason (provided that the goods are in an original re-saleable condition) we are happy to offer you a refund. You have a legal right of 14 days to cancel the order after receiving it, and a further 14 days to send goods back for a full refund (including outward delivery costs). For damaged items we will cover the return shipping costs, however, if you change or mind or order the wrong item a £6 (inc VAT) return postage fee will be deducted from your refundable total.

Your refund or exchange will be processed once we are in receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item that has not been returned in a fully re-saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please contact us.

To arrange a return:

Please email sales@rhinostationery.com with your order number, reason for return, and details of the items you would like to return. Returns will be collected by Yodel from the delivery address of the initial order. Yodel will bring a postage label with them when they come to collect the parcel, we ask you package it back up as best as possible and add one of our provided ‘Authorised Return Form’ to the parcel.

We will contact you to arrange a suitable day to collect the parcel from you, Yodel will provide more accurate times on the day via text or email.

Please Note

1. We do not offer refunds for special orders, custom-made, or personalised items.

2. It may take up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us.

3. Returned items will be processed within 2 working days of receipt.

4. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.

5. Return postage costs (£6 inc VAT) will not be refunded for incorrectly ordered or unwanted items.
