Completely put off. Poor communication. Lack of coherent updates across 47 days of delayed shipment. I get two of these 'rate us' review emails before any update or information regarding my delayed arrival of purchase. These 'rate me' emails arrived after my initial unanswered email to the company directly. Automated 'rate me' emails without any customer care or knowledge that the customer has not received the product. Therefore this rating will be bad. Two further attempts at contacting this company, via Facebook and the website online order form, yielded at least swift responses, if little else, with the same response of an apology and identical information of: 'there's no problem, it's just delayed, will keep you updated', and then no updates in two further weeks. All during this the courier tracking link supplied has ground to a halt, remaining unchanged in 47 days. 47 days, I could walk across Europe to collect this product at the company's offices by hand and walk back again. Not a good look. Next step, trying to get a refund.

Great! Just what I expected from Rhino, good quality paper, plenty of pages in the book, a great size, good value for money.
