Covid-19 Rhino Stationery Company Statement
Please note we are experiencing exceptionally high demand with our online orders and are slightly delayed in the processing and handling of our orders, due to the current climate and ensuring we comply with the safety measures in place of both our staff and customers.
Please allow 5-7 working days for any orders placed after 23 March 2020.
Rhino Stationery is currently following the official guidelines from the UK government and the World Health Organisation with regards to the current global pandemic of Corona virus (Covid-19), and we are closely monitoring the daily information and developments of this epidemic.
Rhino Stationery online is open as normal and is fully operational in order to meet our customer's needs. We ask for your continual patience at this difficult time as there may be a slight increase in our process time as the demand increases.
We are working hard to make adjustments as and when necessary across our business and to provide the best possible customer service during this time. In order to do this and to meet our current influx in demand, we have removed our 48 Hour express delivery service.
Any customers who have used this service will be contacted and refunded the difference in delivery costs, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Our delivery courier services are currently operating 'no contact' deliveries and will therefore, not ask for a signature on collection.
